Candace L. Matson is a partner in the Real Estate, Environmental and Construction
Practice Group of the Los Angeles office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton,
LLP where she specializes in construction law. Ms. Matson represents owners, lenders,
contractors, subcontractors and others in a wide range of private and public contexts
relating to construction. Representative matters include transactional and advisory
counsel, litigation and advocacy in alternative dispute resolution.
